What Are Republicans Talking about When Republicans Talk about 'Buying Health Insurance Across State Lines'? - John R. Graham - Critical Condition on National Review Online
I may be slow, but I don't see any irreconcilable conflict between "sale across state lines" and the right to purchase "portable" insurance with pretax dollars. It seems to me the position should be advanced, if for no other reason than to drive people off the "talking point" that insurers are exploiting their state "monopolies" to gouge the public.
